Installation and start-up of DEK-TRON™ equipment are performed at the expense of the buyer, unless otherwise stipulated in writing by an authorized DEK-TRON™ representative.

Direct Answer: Yes. If an order is cancelled, DEK-TRON charges 15% of the purchase price plus the cost of materials and completed work up to the time of cancellation.

In the event of an order cancellation for any reason, DEK-TRON is entitled to collect a 15% cancellation fee based on the total purchase price, along with the cost of any materials purchased and work completed on the equipment up to the time of cancellation.

The buyer must provide a written Notice of Cancellation, which must be received by DEK-TRON to be valid. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that DEK-TRON has received the notice.

DEK-TRON requires prior written authorization before any product may be returned:

  • Electrical parts and accessories are not returnable.
  • Mechanical parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days of shipment, subject to inspection.
  • Complete machines or instruments may also be returned within 30 days of shipment, with any refund determined at DEK-TRON’s discretion after inspection.

To initiate a return, the buyer must submit a written request within 30 days of the purchase date (defined as the date of shipment) and obtain written authorization from DEK-TRON. No goods will be accepted without written approval.

All related freight, shipping, and administrative costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

What are DEK-TRON™’s payment terms?2025-11-11T10:05:24-05:00
