DEK-TRON installation and start-up are buyer’s responsibility. Performance is guaranteed when equipment is used per published specifications.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
DEK-TRON charges a 15% fee plus material and labor costs for order cancellations. Written notice must be received to confirm cancellation.
Do you have a return policy?
DEK-TRON requires written authorization for returns. Electrical parts cannot be returned; other items may be reviewed within 30 days.

Standard DEK-TRON™ payment terms are net 30 days from invoice, with shipping costs collected unless otherwise agreed in writing.
